Based in the agency’s Pittsburgh office, she is renowned for her ability to develop impactful strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders, including government, industry, philanthropy and academia.
Before joining Baker Public Relations, Sarah excelled as communications manager for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, where she crafted strategic messaging that fostered partnerships and galvanized support for key policy initiatives, significantly contributing to the growth of the Pittsburgh region.
Her career spans various communications roles, including positions at the Senator John Heinz History Center and Scottie Public Affairs, where she honed her skills in storytelling, advocacy and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Sarah’s experience as a freelance copy editor and reporter has refined her narrative-building abilities, allowing her to create compelling content across multiple platforms.
A passionate advocate for her community, Sarah is actively involved with several nonprofits in the Pittsburgh area and currently serves on the Community Advisory Council of the Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting Corporation.
