Bethlehem, N.Y.—Quality PM, Inc. Property Management and Contracting, a Capital Region renovation and construction firm with more than 15 years in business, opened their newly renovated showroom at a ribbon cutting hosted by the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce on November 10.
Located at 199 Delaware Ave., the newly renovated design center features a large array of design and material samples.
With the growing need for and interest in the ability to host design presentations, Gregg Biche, founder and president of Quality PM, decided to open the design center to the public.
“Clients are increasingly wanting to visualize the product and value of what they are purchasing beforehand. Now, they will be able to view cabinets, countertops, tile, and paint colors in person,” stated Biche.
As a result of the renovation, Quality PM added a foyer with a custom built-in shelving unit and created a fully functioning kitchen featuring multiple cabinet and countertop styles, a built-in coffee maker, pop-up outlets, under cabinet lighting, and many more of the most popular trends in modern design.
