Xzavier Francis joined Baker Public Relations as a part-time Account Coordinator in January 2022 after spending fall 2021 as an intern with our company.  

A Troy native, Xzavier’s commitment to hard work and willingness to take on any new opportunity is reflected in his military background. Xzavier served as a Private Second Class (E-2) and was a 19K M1 Armor Crewman in 2018 while stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia. After a service injury, Xzavier returned to the Capital Region, where he is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Siena College. 

As an account coordinator, Xzavier assists account executives and senior team members with daily administrative and service reports and coordination of all necessary client materials and presentations. He also prepares and implements public relations program components for clients, including media contacts, special event coordination, writing and distributing press releases and media advisories, scriptwriting and research and assisting the creative services department. Xzavier also brings a self-taught talent for digital illustration to our team, expanding the services that Baker Public Relations offers its clients. 

Prior to working at Baker Public Relations, Xzavier was a manager at age 14 at Treasure Cove Resort in Lake George and later a retail team lead at Dick’s Sporting Goods. 

One of Xzavier’s passions is to show his siblings how hard work can get you anywhere you want to be in life. He continues to grow and learn as an individual and believes the sky is the limit. When not at work, Xzavier enjoys playing or watching sports, video games and spending time with his family and friends.
